bums anon.: i am a bum. there's no way around it. i stay at home, i watch tv, i clean the house, i watch more tv, i eat, i sleep. yay. me & my dad went car shopping yesterday. it was kinda exciting at first, smelling and getting into new cars, but after a while, it got old. real quick. maybe it was b/c the dealerships didn't have the car (high demand) i wanted so i kinda just gave up. i'm most likely gonna get a scion tC. a new car for "young people" from toyota. it's loaded (all standard) at $17,300. pretty good. and it drives well, too. it's gonna replace the celica & spyder. this year is the last for bof of them. newayz, i also test drove the civic coupe, accord coupe, and civic hybrid. hybrid would be nice if it wasn't so fugly. accord's just too $$$ and the civic, i just don't like (no offense to civic-lovers). so we'll see what happens in a few days. haven't played a poker game yet, but maybe this friday! whoo hoo~! a maybe, but hey, that's a glimmer of hope. been watching WSOP (world series of poker) and celebrity poker. fun to watch. even my dad's watching too. watching makes u think, "hey, i could play with those guys", but then i'm bored outta my mind. last Sunday i got to see my babies, joel & carolyn. omg, they've both grown up soo much! i can actually have a conversation with both of them. joel has gotten more handsome and carolyn more cute. i had a great time playing with them and even got carolyn to recognize me. except that she calls me "monkey". long story short, i started making monkey sounds and that's what she calls me. she liked it at first, but later on, i guess i over did it when she said, "monkey, stop, you're scaring me." and she's only 2. >.< had dinner with grace & young the other night @ macaroni grill. we had bad service but it was all good when we got free calamari, dessert, and coffee (for julie)! nice, huh? $31 for 4 pple? that's craaazzzy! we did alot of laughing. it was like i never left. :) so i'm supposed to get a part-time job now. my mom found this place near our house. like tutoring center. or so i thought. i look online to see what it's all about and it's a freakin' hagwon (educational center)!! just like where i was at a few weeks ago. except the korean one was better. in this american one, i gotta make calls to parents during AND after work, letting the parent(s) know of their child's progress, etc. and u gotta set SALES GOALS to bring more customers (parents) in. omg, no WAY! my dad thinks it's perfect. i think i'm gonna be a cashier somewhere... movies i HIGHLY recommend: *"harold & kumar go to white castle": VERRRRY funny. btw, only asians & indians in the audience when u go. *"without a paddle": camping movie starring seth green, dax, & matthew lillard. funny. esp this one scene in the cave. :D *"hot wheels: world race": a computerized movie of hot wheels cars racing...what da, jk~! i watched this w/ joel. very LONG movie for a cartoon. omg. *snore* Church drama hasn't died down, yet. not only that, so many school crushes going around. haha. these kids don't know what hit 'em! :) prob gonna buy my car this week or next. i'll keep u posted!
