"welcome back": ma$e's new song that ho told julie to play when i came home. hahahhaa. what a jokester! :)

so officially it has been one week that i've been here. man, i've eaten ALOT of good food. esp jimmy's homemade brisket last night. wow, i haven't been that stuffed since...i dunt remember. dang, it was so good. pasta salad, rolls, brisket, purple(did u know that had this?) corn, more brisket, caesar salad...and of course, MORE brisket. :D then we watched "secret window" with johnny depp. i slept thru the whole thing (i was really tired), but i still had a great time at the pangs. :)

and now the pyuns are back in town! i'm gonna see my baby joel, although he's not a baby anymore, and baby carolyn (ok, she's like a toddler)~! i'm so excited to see how much they grew. i had to stare at their pic above my desk at work (in korea) so i wouldn't miss them as much. oh and i'm glad to see linda & eddie too~ hehehe!

today i went to ho's tennis tourney. it was pretty interesting to see how he played. i was pleasantly surprised. ho won his matches and now is in the semis. pretty good for an unranked player who doesn't take tennis lessons. me, won, nick, and stefan hung out (supporting ho with our presence) and played cards while we watched.

then i met up with ann~! :D definitely my highlight of my time back. i got a "welcome back" card from her! normal people aren't this nice. so it was so nice of her. and i had yummy chili's lettuce wraps & their chips & salsa to eat. yum~! :)

things i guess have been pretty normal. lots of Church drama going on so i had to get all caught up with that. i missed alot of stuff while i was gone. and alot has happened since i got here. i guess u can never get away from stuff like that. as for being at home, it's been alright so far. not too much nagging, but a lil here & there. i'm getting a new car AND cell phone this week so i'm excited about that. 2 gadgets to play with. i <3>3 of them) scion tc and probably honda accord coupe. i wanna get a 2-door this time since i'll be paying for it. and as for my cell, i'm not really sure, but definitely getting a camera phone.

i'm starting school @ brookhaven (community college) aug 23rd. should be easy breezy. taking only 2 classes (they wouldn't let me take more...bastards!) and they seem very easy: college ALGEBRA (hahaha) and a class on teaching math to 4th-8th graders. education teaching classes are usually pretty easy so i'm not that worried. i got nearly perfect (119/120) on the algebra portion of a math placement test so i was relieved that i wasn't too rusty. as for my college-level math...well, uh, yeah...gonna need some reviewing to do.

mmm~i guess that's it for now. i wanna give a "holla" (ok, i actually don't say that) to my friends in korea. i miss ya'll very much. (^.^)v
