'cuz i'm proud to be an american!: whew...another 8 hr/day work week went by...

so far i've had 3 kids cry...NOT b/c of me, one girl try to steal MY post-it notes by claiming it was hers and gotten one of my markers stolen. lovely kids, aren't they? i guess it's going ok, but i'm sho losing some money on the way b/c i'm taxi-ing myself back and forth. why? b/c i would rather sleep an extra 30 minutes each morning. and by the end of my 8 hr workday of taking care of korean "children", i have neither the patience nor energy to take the bus. oh and good news: i'm getting reimbursed all the income taxes they took away from me. THANK GOODNESS! :D but i guess the best thing about the extra classes is that there's more super-cute kids i've become acquainted with. i'll take some pics of the cute ones (ONLY) before it's all over. hehe.

saw "last samurai" this past week. it was really good. much better than i expected b/c i heard some bad things about it. maybe it's b/c i haven't seen a movie in a while, but it was worth my time and money. those lil kids were so cute and the fight scenes were good. this kinda irked me afterwards, but the non-americans (canadians and irish) who saw the movie with me were saying, "why is the movie so pro-american? why does the LAST SAMURAI have to be american?" freakin' it's an AMERICAN MOVIE THAT'S WHY. IF YOU DON'T LIKE AMERICA, DON'T WATCH IT. of course i can't say that to their faces, but that's how i felt. i was talking with a friend the other day about how anti-american it is over here. i have to defend america a bunch of times. non-americans are just jealous. just jealous of what a great and awesome country the US is. am i right? (omg, i sound like a dork.) i'm PROUD to be an american!

can't wait for next week!!!!!!! i'm going to japan!!!!!!! my cousin set up everything so it's gonna be awesome. we're staying in a pretty nice hotel and going to those mountain sauna thingys and stuff. (my english is sooo good, i know.) imma go crazy up in dere. hehe. and u KNOW i'll be snappin' away with my dica (digital camera for short in korea...weird, i know). so get ready japan (and the hello kitty store), here i come~! :)

that's it for now. sorry for the lack of updates. i'll have to upload lots of photos after i get back from japan. dang, it's gonna be awesome! (^.^)v
